These Terms govern your use of PawCare’s website, API, and mobile apps. By creating an account or using PawCare, you agree to these Terms.
Not veterinary advice
PawCare helps you organize pet care information and reminders. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful personal pet-care purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of pet profiles, records, and uploads you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve PawCare.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Premium & purchases
Optional premium features or product purchases may be offered subject to additional pricing and store terms (Google Play / App Store). Refunds follow the applicable store or payment provider policy unless required otherwise by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PawCare.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. PawCare is offered primarily to English-speaking pet parents, with the United States as our primary market.
