Yes. Core pet care tracking is free for pet parents in the USA and other supported markets. Premium unlocks higher AI chat limits, passport export, and extra family-sharing seats.
Can I use PawCare if I travel or move between countries?
Yes. Your pet’s digital records travel with your account. English is the primary language today, with a product experience designed first for US care habits and other English-speaking markets.
Care & AI
Does PawCare AI replace my veterinarian?
No. PawCare AI (powered by Google Gemini) helps explain records you already logged and suggest practical next steps. It never diagnoses or prescribes. Always see a licensed vet for medical decisions — whether you are in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, India, or elsewhere.
How do reminders and notifications work?
Add vaccines, deworming, medications, or custom reminders. When push notifications are enabled on your phone, PawCare can alert you before due dates so boosters and prevention stay on track.
Privacy & data
Where are my pet photos and documents stored?
Photos and documents are stored securely on PawCare servers and served only through authenticated or intentional public links (such as a lost-pet profile you enable). You can delete uploads from the app.
Is my data used to train Gemini?
We send only the care context needed to answer your question to Google’s Gemini API under their terms. We do not sell your pet records. See our Privacy Policy for US CCPA-style rights and international notices.
